Description

Sheep Wool Insulation Optimal rolls are medium density, (18kg/m3) and have a thermal conductivity of 0.0385 W/m2k. Sheep Wool Insulation Optimal rolls are very versatile as they are suitable for a wide use of applications, including internal & external walls, ceiling & rafter level applications and floors. Optimal insulation rolls are available in 50mm, 75mm, 100mm and 140mm, pre-cut to 380mm and 570mm wide. A pack of 50mm will cover 10.26m2 and a pack of 75mm and a pack of 100mm will cover 5.7m2 and a pack of 140mm will cover 3.42m2.

High Performance Premium is a highly effective insulation roll with a superior thermal performance over almost all natural and man-made fibre insulation products. Premium is made of pure new wool fibres, which hold their shape and thickness right throughout their lifetime. Being produced from 100% pure wool fibres, Premium is a fully breathable material that will maintain it's thermal efficiency even in the harshest climates. The high density of wool fibres in Premium make it an excellent acoustic as well as thermal insulation.
Safe & Healthy Premium is a safe material, not only to handle and install, but to have within your home. Wool fibres are completely safe to touch and work with, requiring no special handling or protective equipment. Premium insulation rolls can be installed on top of existing glass or mineral wool, reducing the opportunity for their potentially hazardous particles to become airborne. Due to it's high moisture content, wool does not support combustion and will extinguish itself when the source of flame is removed. In the event of a fire, wool is a much safer material than man-made products as it does not release poisonous fumes.
